In short
A feature pendant over the desk or waiting area gives a reception instant identity, combined with wall and accent lighting for a balanced first impression.
Receptions need a focal point. A feature pendant delivers it.
Ideas

- A long linear line that leads to the lifts
- Clustered cylinders over seating
- A rope light shaped into a signature form
